Affinity have, for over 30 years, delivered innovative, highly functional Human Resources Management solutions that are simple to use and cost effective. We are a privately owned business with offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Whangarei. Our innovative technology and service oriented approach to meeting the needs of our customers makes us a valuable partner in employee welfare and payroll administration.

Our vision is simply to transform the way in which payroll and Human Resources deliver services by automating payroll and Human Resources transactional functions and to provide service excellence.

Innovation

Affinity has for the past 30 years been at the forefront of innovation, with many first to market products, services and new applications. Affinity develop all our own software and have a research and development department lead by Bruce Sullivan who has over 30 years experience in software development.
