Track the individual's learning and development, including participation in single and multiple training events. Training can be identified from ongoing development interventions and appraisal/performance reviews. Training can also be linked to positions/jobs and workplace requirements such as hazards. The placement of an employee at a particular location or allocation of specific job/function will automatically update their required training profile and provide the appropriate notifications/workflow to managers and employees.
Create internal and external courses, standard courses and ad-hoc courses. Keep records of trainers and training providers including contact details, events they have run for you, feedback/assessments of trainers and training costs. You can also manage wait lists and forecast requirements.
